what else can it mean but that individual female-ID athletes who excel in their sports are going to be arbitrarily considered too masculine and shipped off for sex-testing?

Considering that is precisely what happened to Semenya, I doubt it can mean anything else. She got the third degree and then some because her running times improved drastically over a short period of time. When it didn't seem like she'd been doping, off they shipped her! And then there was a leak, the media pounced, and last September she ended up on suicide watch. GOOD GOING, PEOPLE. I can see this happening again and again. If anyone really thinks the test results of high-profile athletes will stay private, they're kidding themselves.
