Whoa, seriously? I didn't know that, but that sucks. :( (I've never been to an MCR concert, though I'm dying to go.) I don't know what it is about photos and some bands--I think PatD has the right idea with allowing non-commercial photography. Free publicity and all that. I'd actually been wondering why it was so impossible to find fan-taken MCR photos and video. =/
